
During our 60-minute Yoga on the Water, you will be guided through a dynamic, flowing yoga sequence on the water, connecting movement with breath. Enjoy a truly peaceful and unique experience of yoga on the water. Step out of your usual yoga routine to soak up some sunshine and energy from the water flow this summer. Class is limited to 6 students.
Class sequence is tailored to the group's ability levels and interests. Class is open to all levels of practitioners, 12+ years of age. Although some previous experience with yoga is helpful, no experience with yoga is required. The ability to swim, and the desire to try something new are all that is necessary.

SUP 101 is your go-to beginner’s class where we keep things simple, safe, and seriously fun. We’ll cover everything you need to feel confident on the water, including:
A bit of history + board basics
Safety tips + how to fall (and get back up like a champ)
Paddle strokes + turning techniques
Stance, balance, and how to stay grounded (even while floating!)

A complete beginners guide to Stand Up Paddleboarding! If you have never been on a board before, or want to know more about the sport, this online course will give you information on apparel, boards, paddles, water safety, stroke technique, and turns through text, photos, and videos with Michele Marie.
The SUP Fitness program is a 12 week ‘Couch to 5K’, giving you weekly beginner SUP training workouts three days a week. You will also receive yoga and fitness sessions from Master Trainer Michele Marie to accompany your paddle sessions. This course will gently build your paddle knowledge and strength from a complete beginner to a paddler who can complete a 5k by week 12!
