Yoga Therapy is a trauma-informed, body-based approach to healing that blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern science to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Unlike a regular yoga class, this is a one-on-one or small-group process that’s personalized, intentional, and deeply supportive.
We use gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic practices to:
