Yoga on Water with michele marie
Experiencing healing, movement and stillness - all on water.
Reconnect with yourself through our stand-up paddleboard (sup) yoga sessions, blending nature, mindfulness, and movement.

why yoga on the water?
Yoga is more than movement — it’s a pathway to reconnect body, mind, and spirit.
When practiced on water, it becomes something even deeper.
Water is the element of emotion. It teaches flow, surrender, and presence. SUP Yoga strengthens the body, grounds the nervous system, and invites emotional healing in a natural, calming environment.
Every session becomes a ritual — blending breath, balance, and stillness with the rhythm of nature.
Join us on the water every Saturday and Sunday at 8 AM or 10 AM for SUP 101 or Fusion SUP Yoga.
Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike — these sessions offer flow, balance, and fun under the open sky.

Yoga on Water: Why It Works ( and why you'll love it)
Let’s be real...
Yoga on the water isn’t about being perfect — it’s about being present.
You might wobble. You might fall in. You’ll definitely laugh.
But you’ll also build confidence, core strength, and calm — while floating under the open sky.
The science says…
Practicing on water lowers cortisol (your stress hormone) and activates deeper stabilizer muscles than land yoga.
It naturally strengthens your focus, balance, and nervous system regulation — in a way no studio ever could.
The soul knows...
Water is the element of emotion and flow.
It connects to your sacral chakra — the center of creativity, movement, and trust.
When you practice on water, you’re not just working out — you’re coming home to yourself.
Fun facts you’ll love:
SUP yoga builds core strength like nothing else
Falling in? 100% part of the process
Being on water literally trains your brain to stay calm under pressure
It’s kind of like therapy — with sunshine 😎
