A regular meditation practice is a solitary journey, but guidance of a trained instructor can help introduce or stay on your path. You will learn the foundation of the practice, and gain confidence in your journey.


During this class, I'll guide you in your posture, breathing technique, attention, and concentration.

Meditating with a guided class is the easiest way to begin focusing on your breath and experience a calm meditative session. You'll learn the importance of breath, your mantras, and intention, which will assist you, as many times your mind may tend to wander. Incorporating regular classes into your meditative yoga practice can build duration and focus during your solo meditation sessions an dhelp build your practice.
